Yeah I have considered it but I haven't mastered it.
I spent countless hours months ago to get what I got.
As with you, I will have to visit this endeavor some more as I am still trying to figure out CorelDraw.
I have been awaiting more replies on photo programs to decide if I want to buy one.
I have talked with several wedding photographers and venues about doing photos on variou

I fat fingered something (I guess submit) before I finished.
Several of the venues in our area are waiting on me to finish my daughters wedding in April so that I can explore engraving photos on 100+ year old slate, reclaimed lumber and such left over from building their vintage venues.

LT1290, 1200*900 100w Beijing EFR laser tube,
before leetron 6585 and lasercut 6.1 and now Ruida 6442 DSP RDWorks v8.01.18

I may switch to photoshop CS6 at some point as I'm using Illustrator CS6, but for now I've been using Gimp which is free and almost as powerful. As with anything else it takes some getting used to and learning the basic techniques, so there is a learning curve.
