I believe this was included with the V1 manual- I used it yesterday to set up a rotary on the Bodor 500x600- unfortunately the Z does not have enough movement to get anything but a broomstick under the nozzle. I already knew it was not going to work, but wanted to go thru the procedure as I will be using it with my 1300x900 which has a lot of Z travel, but has 3phase steppers. I will now order the correct stepper to alter the (very nice) rotary to my main machine. Gene

Gene, Martin posted that before the manual was released.
It was with his & Cary's help that we got the rotary methods figured out. That & Russ' method

I realize that- just was reading thru some FAQs and thought that should be clarified. Gene

I knew you knew but wasn't sure others knew you knew if you know what I mean.

BTW: I want to make that Rotary also. That was why I was trying to get the 3d printer working.

Not sure anymore where I posted it- if you need more info let me know- I also converted the plans from metric to actual measurements depending on which extrusions you use. Gene

It is here http://rdworkslab.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=93
Have not decided what to use as I have some leftover 8020 but am thinking it is way too big.

My plans were for 10 series- 1X1". The plastic pieces would be way easier to cut on the laser- perhaps several layers- or I have the Aspire files. Gene
