Lenses
Hello, plano convex lenses that Im using (2" and 1.5"). My question is can I use meniscus lens in same laser head or I have to have "special" laser head for meniscus lens? Thanks in front.

Re: Lenses
this will be ok for all kinds of lens, provided that you have the small silicon rings on both sides of the lens.
sometimes, there is only one ring, and the flat part of the lens is directly contacting the inner part of the tube.. this is to avoid with a meniscus as you can damage your lenses if you screw too much. adding a silicon ring will allow the lens to be firmly in place with no damage.. this may change your focal distance of 0.5mm (the height of the ring once pressed)

Re: Lenses
Thank you very much for your answer, you helped me very much. You are correct about only one silicone ring, I will buy another. Thank you again.
