Fill lines are not straight

There is something wrong with my laser and I couldn't find what. I need help by the pros here

So I learned that when I engrave glass it's better to tild the object in 30-45 dergeer on the laser board (also in Light burn) and then do it - it was always better than when I did it straight (the cracks were more "precise"?) How ever, we moved the laser on different table and this happend (pictures) - the line wśtarted to be wobbly, but the text was okay. Also sometimes it made the fill less conflated and was visibly lines (also can be seen in the pictures)..

I already checked the lens, the shoulder belt, the board if it's not moving.. all good.

Any ideas?

Did you change the scan angle in the fill info in Lightburn? If so change it back and see if that makes it better. I 'think' there is an adjustment to make the ends of the lines align better?

No I haven't. I just "tilted" the drawing in the same angle as the engraved object - the fill angle remained the same. I'll check the settings but I am not sure if its problem with light burn or with the laser.

Is the new table wobbly? Rastering the lines will cause the laser to oscillate at a different frequency than rastering the text. Perhaps you've hit a resonant frequency of the new table. If it's not too heavy, try putting the laser on the floor to see if the problem goes away.

Thank you, I'll try it (but it's quite heavy so I'll have to wait for help) .. the table does not seem wobbly, however the problem started then, so it's possible.
Other than that is there anything I could try/might be the problem?

Are you sure the lens is secure in the mount.
You can evaluate the table by grabbing a corner and trying to rock a bit - if you can make it oscillate then that is probably the issue - if see what has to be stiffened

You said you already checked the lens to see if it is loose; check also the mirrors to ensure they are not loose or wobbly. Is the platform (the laser bed) wobbly?
