Brain fart time

Refresh my memory.

What is the clear material that looks like acrylic, is more flexible, does NOT pass the hammer test, and cuts with a nasty brow color?

It's right on the tip of my tongue, but want to be accurate in the email I'm sending. I know Russ mentioned it a few times, But I've had no luck going back through his videos... yet.
