The US Thunder Laser reseller is in Whitehouse, Texas in case that brand is a consideration.

Boss and Rabbit USA (Ohio) seem to be pretty popular on the Ruida forums. Bodor appears to be building a name for itself. The US distributor of Thunder is someone I would investigate but last time I checked their online information it was pretty skimpy.

I will chime in and recommend Ray Fine as a company to consider going with.
I am pretty green when it comes to lasers, but have a bit of mechanical knowledge and going over my machine there is not much I can complain about. No more fit and finish issues than any new car. What I have found are all minor and do not effect performance.
Plus they are great people to deal with.
Gene- 3.5.19
I can recommend Automation Technology in Chicago- I bought a machine from them for my daughter and was mightily impressed.
