Are those made from a two layer acrylic with yellow on top and black below which you etch on top and then vector cut to shape?

no they are leather, 2x pieces of yellow leather glued together then etched and cut and the metal grommet pressed in

It takes the etching well. Do you use two pieces glued together so the fob will have the color on both sides?

yes the colour and the fact it makes them a decent thickness, too thin and floppy left to one layer.

i will be doing some of them with the top layer detail parts - like the sunglasses and smilie mouth cut out then cut those parts in black leather (or red leather for the heart eyes) for a different effect and to add more colours - cannot take responsibility for that it was my 10 year old daughters idea

Those are great. Where do you get colored leather?
50 watt Vevor made in China.
