Anyone with MK6 or MK7 design updates for 3mm acrylic

Postby Gautam Paul » Thu Jan 05, 2017 11:10 pm

Hi All,

I am still learning, and one of the things that I have been working on is getting my beam pointed sorted out so that I can use it regularly for alignment of my machine.

I wanted to know if anyone here has taken the MK6 or MK7 from Russ Video and updated the design for 3mm acrylic. I tried the MK6 yesterday and looks like the holes are not correct. Will want to use your .dxf if anyone has already made the necessary changes.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Gautam

Do you have a preference for either the Mark 6 or Mark 7? I haven't looked at the files yet so I don't know how hard they would be to rescale.
