Pete owns the board and if there were a copywrite it would be his. We are laboriously working thru that archive and compiling new posts with the most important info. The pictures cannot be copied and all the links have to be checked as most are dead. The archive is good, but does not have everything.

Is there an easy way to search the Wayback archive? Do I need to login (will it work) to the Wayback version of RDWorks Lab?

I wouldn't mind finding a few of my old postings (at least the ones that seemed helpful) and reposting them.

Regards,

-Jeff

Jeff there is no log in on the wayback machine website
Just click on the link to the site and enter

www.rdworkslab.com

in the search box

It will create a calendar showing the dates it snapped a picture of this webpage.

You can manually search through the dates

You will see years and just scroll to the to 2016 And pick a month/day that is in bold below that

Jeffrey has a great idea- the info on the Archive is limited and it would be enormously helpful if the people who posted and actually have the pictures that were uploaded could recreate their posts.

For what it is worth, I run a forum using PHPBB but, have a Wordpress frontend. I use a backup plugin in WordPress that backs the "whole" site up including databases once a week, I also manually back up the databases through Cpanel on the server daily. This does not take long and is well worth the time and effort. Also would it be possible to set up some sort of security protocol to stop this happening again? i.e. more than one person needed to do this sort of thing.
